Colorado in Kodak
Durango, Colorado
This was a father\daughter trip about two weeks ago, filled with local beers, old Indian ruins and a vacant ski mountain. Needless to say it was an unforgettable trip with my dad, and reminded me how cool he really is.
This first set of photos was taken with a disposable camera, for the simple fact that it fit in the pocket of my ski jacket.

Spring Break '14
This Spring Break was one for the books.Five days spent with the best of friends with nothing to stress about, but which bikini to wear that day. I couldn't think of a better way to spend our last Spring Break. Love you girls, cant wait to see where we end up next. Cheers to Ellie Strube for sharing her slice of paradise. Words don't express the beauty that home holds, but maybe some of these photos do...
thankful
March is a month of travel.
Over the next three weeks, I will be touching upon parts of the North, East and West...while stepping outside the boundaries of the states for a minute.
Starting with the striking city of Manhattan, then moving to the warm salty islands of the Bahamas and ending in fresh powder on the mountains of Colorado.
Only one word fits with the grin on my face, and that word is thankful.
I am thankful for my family & friends that I get to spend these adventures with, and the memories that are made as we immerse ourselves in travel.Lots of photographs will be taken this month and there is only one thing that I can think of that is better than taking them, and that is sharing them.
These photos below start my March photo diary.
First stop...New York City.
Disposable cameras are always a good idea...

365
Instead of posting my everyday miscellaneous photos here, I have decided to continue my 365 project on a different outlet.

Comfort Zone
Some of my most comfortable memories are associated with this view.
2014
Today began a new chapter. Resolutions were made and expectations were set for 2014. After a quiet New Years Eve with a best friend, we had time to sit and put things in perspective. Life is short, and there is no excuse not to aim big. So that is what this year is all about. We agreed to take leaps, push ourselves, and stay motivated. Take every opportunity, enjoy our youth, but stay focused on growing as a person. Push creativity everyday, stay healthy and happy, and most importantly love ourselves.
As one of my resolutions, I am taking one photo a day. The 365 day project. A lot of people have adopted this resolution, and I plan to stick with it. Capturing moments is what truly brings me happiness. So by doing this once I day, it is guaranteed that I will never end a day without doing something that I love. Not all photos will be art, but they will be a representation of that day, and something to reflect on. It will force me to take a moment and appreciate the life I live, and encourage me everyday to pick up my camera.
The first photo I post is a celebration of a new year and old friends. Sparklers on our beach to welcome guests back to Florida.

thankful
Taking a moment during the madness of finals week to reflect on my past weekend. Thankful for my trip to the city with my favorite girls, and the best thanksgiving/birthday I could imagine. Using these photos as inspiration to remind myself to persevere through this week, travels and family lay ahead.
